Live-visit surcharges and scheduling rules
Base live-visit pricing applies to Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Yiwu–Ningbo, Qingdao area. Everything outside those regions, and every scheduling exception, follows the published rules below — quoted in writing before you commit.

How payment works
You order by email, we confirm scope, fee and turnaround in writing, and work begins after payment. There are no subscriptions, no retainers and no automatic renewals.
- Exact fee confirmed in writing before any payment is requested.
- Invoices name our operating legal entity — the same entity disclosed on this site.
- Where a live visit cannot proceed because the supplier declines access, we tell you before the visit fee is committed.
- Supplier-caused same-day cancellations incur a missed-visit fee rather than the full fee, as published above.
Why no instant checkout?
